Artwork
Our highly qualified production team with diversified print and packaging experience transforms the designs into vibrant printable artworks. Any Artwork that needs to be printed has to be processed and color separated properly prior to printing by considering the printing techniques and the technology, such as Litho offset, Flexo, Gravure, Screen and Digital printing. We use Esko Digital Workflow –Suite 12 and Adobe CC for artwork editing and processing. GMG color management ensures consistent quality.
Print-ready-files are prepared by ensuring accurate print quality result when printed, no matter which converter print the job. Therefore, it makes a lot more sense, as it saves a lot of time and cost, if the final print-ready-files are prepared correctly before they are delivered to different converters.
Print-ready-files can be supplied in Esko’s Normalized format as PAF file or high-resolution PDF file as per customer requirement.

Repro services
Packaging reprographics or packaging repro for short, is a highly technical process that enriches the artwork file, by taking the layers and color palettes established in the artwork stage and fully separating them into print-sequenced color separations.
This process mirrors the print vendor’s printing process, the specific printing press and the way it performs with the specified packaging material and inks.

Trapping
Trapping in printing is the compensation for misregistration between printing units on a multicolor press.
This misregistration causes gaps or white-space on the final printed packaging. Trapping files involves creating overlaps (or ‘spreads’) or underlaps (‘chokes’) of objects during prepress to counter misregistration on the press.
Retouching
Retouching services includes altering of an image to prepare it for final presentation. After performing actions that are small localized adjustments to an image, retouching is done which is polishing the image.
3D rendering
